Effective: July 14, 1983 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 227 - 115th General Assembly The purchase fund of the director of development is hereby created to consist of all money allocated by the director for the purchase and improvement of property authorized to be purchased under section 122.46 of the Revised Code from the proceeds of the sale of any issue of revenue bonds to the extent and subject to the conditions provided in the proceedings authorizing such bonds or in the trust agreements securing such bonds, all grants, gifts, and contributions made to the director for such purpose, and all other moneys designated by him for the purpose of the acquisition and improvement of property.
