Effective: May 17, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 2 - 134th General Assembly Reports required under section 122.4070 of the Revised Code, and all information and documents in them, shall be maintained on a confidential basis by the development services agency and shall not be published on the agency's web site until the agency determines what information or documents are not confidential pursuant to section 122.4023 of the Revised Code.
