Effective: January 4, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly In order to be considered for a grant under the annual competitive process, an eligible applicant shall fill out an application provided by the department of development and shall file it with the district public works integrating committee with jurisdiction over the area in which the eligible project is located.
