Effective: August 18, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 221 - 132nd General Assembly As used in sections 121.71 to 121.75 of the Revised Code: (A) "Agency" means an "agency" as defined in section 111.15 or 119.01 of the Revised Code. (B) "Rule" means a new rule or an amendment to an existing rule. "Rule" includes an appendix to a rule.
