Effective: May 12, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 492 - 120th General Assembly (A) No person shall knowingly fail to register as required under section 121.62 of the Revised Code. (B) No person shall knowingly fail to keep a receipt or maintain a record that section 121.63 of the Revised Code requires the person to keep or maintain. (C) No person shall knowingly fail to file a statement that section 121.63 or 121.64 of the Revised Code requires the person to file. (D) No person shall knowingly file a false statement that section 121.63 or 121.64 of the Revised Code requires the person to file.
