Effective: October 31, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 588 - 118th General Assembly No person shall disclose to any person who is not legally entitled to disclosure of the information, any information that is designated as confidential under section 121.44 of the Revised Code, or any confidential information that is acquired in the course of an investigation under section 121.45 of the Revised Code.
