Family and Children First Dispute Resolution Process.

A parent or custodian who disagrees with a decision rendered by a county family and children first council regarding services for a child may initiate the dispute resolution process established in the county service coordination mechanism pursuant to division (C)(9) of section 121.37 of the Revised Code.
Not later than sixty days after the parent or custodian initiates the dispute resolution process, the council shall make findings regarding the dispute and issue a written determination of its findings.
