Effective: January 1, 1968 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 97 - 107th General Assembly All powers and duties vested in and imposed upon the department of commerce prior to September 9, 1957, respecting the superintendent of insurance and any officers, deputies, or employees of the division of insurance, shall after that date be vested in and imposed upon the department of insurance.
