Effective: April 1, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 11 - 123rd General Assembly Unless explicitly provided otherwise by statute, if a document is required by statute to be published in the register of Ohio, its publication in the register is sufficient to give notice of the content of the document to a person who is subject to or affected by the content. Until the document is so published, its content is not valid against a person who does not have actual knowledge of the content.
