Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The public accountant conducting an audit under this chapter may request the auditor of state, the chief deputy auditor of state, or an auditor or investigator of the auditor of state, to exercise any authority granted under section 117.18 of the Revised Code for the purpose of assisting in the conduct of the audit.
