Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The cost to the treasurer of state of safekeeping, disbursing, and administering moneys and other assets of the custodial funds of the treasurer of state which is not otherwise provided for by law may be charged by the treasurer of state to the entity for which the services were provided. The money collected from such charges shall be credited to the treasurer of state's administrative fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury. Money credited to the fund shall be used only to pay operating costs of the office of the treasurer of state.
