Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The treasurer of state shall have available and, as requested, transmit to the director of budget and management and to the governor information concerning the amount in the inactive account, the amount in the active account, and the amount of cash on hand.
