Effective: May 16, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 278 - 124th General Assembly The secretary of state shall prescribe the forms for persons to use in complying with the requirements of Title XVII of the Revised Code to the extent that those requirements relate to filings with the office of the secretary of state.
