Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All classes of statistics returnable to the auditor of state, attorney general, or other state officer, shall be transferred by such officer to the secretary of state, subject to the use of such officer so far as necessary in the discharge of his duties.
