Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, the assistant secretary of state shall give bond to the secretary of state in such sum and with such sureties as the secretary of state requires, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office. Such bond shall be deposited with the secretary of state and kept in his office.
