Public Awareness Programs Regarding Trafficking in Persons.

(A) The attorney general may prepare public awareness programs that are designed to educate potential victims of violations of section 2905.32 of the Revised Code and their families of the risks of becoming a victim of a violation of that section. The attorney general may prepare these programs with assistance from the department of health, the department of mental health and addiction services, the department of job and family services, the department of children and youth, and the department of education and workforce.
(B) Any organization, person, or other governmental agency with an interest and expertise in trafficking in persons may submit information or materials to the attorney general regarding the preparation of the programs and materials permitted under this section. The attorney general, in developing the programs and materials permitted by this section, shall consider any information submitted pursuant to this division.
