Effective: September 24, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 263 - 105th General Assembly The superintendent of the bureau of criminal identification and investigation and his assistants employed in accordance with section 109.51 of the Revised Code may testify in any court in this state to the same extent as any law enforcement officer in this state.
