Effective: September 17, 2014 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 3 - 130th General Assembly The common sense initiative office, annually not later than the first day of February, shall prepare a report of the activities of the office during the preceding calendar year. The report shall include: (A) A statement of the number of draft and existing rules reviewed during the calendar year; (B) A description of the recommendations made to agencies with regard to draft and existing rules; (C) An assessment of the status of the recommendations made; (D) An explanation of the performance measures developed to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the office; (E) An evaluation of the work of the office judged against the performance measures; and (F) Any other information the office believes will explain the work of the office. The office shall transmit a copy of the report to the governor, the lieutenant governor, the president and minority leader of the senate, and the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives.
