Effective: June 25, 1982 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 530 - 114th General Assembly Not later than the third Monday in November in each year in which a new governor is elected, a gubernatorial transition committee shall be appointed. The committee shall consist of the director of budget and management, who shall serve as chairman, and such other members as the governor, and the governor-elect, may select.
