Effective: August 4, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 176 - 104th General Assembly An index to each of the records named in section 107.10 of the Revised Code shall be kept. A transcript of any entry in a record or of an official paper, certified by an assistant to the governor, under the great seal of the state, shall be received as prima-facie evidence of the facts therein stated in any court or before any officer of the state.
