Effective: December 2, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 670 - 121st General Assembly The commissioners of the state council of uniform state laws shall receive no compensation for their services. The actual traveling and other necessary expenses of each commissioner incurred in the discharge of official duties shall be paid by the state.
