Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (C) of section 101.71 or of section 101.91, or section 101.77 or 101.97 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (B) Whoever violates division (D) of section 101.71 or of section 101.91 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
