Effective: March 9, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 649 - 122nd General Assembly If the clerk of the senate or the clerk of the house of representatives prints a document or class of documents internally in the clerk's office, the clerk shall compose the document and select the method of printing to be used. Except for matters of composition and quantity prescribed by law, by rule of the senate or house of representatives, by joint rule of both houses, or by order of the senate or house of representatives, the clerk, taking into consideration means of effectively communicating the content of the document, shall determine the composition of the document, and, taking into consideration the uses to which the document foreseeably is to be put, shall determine the approximate quantity of the document to be printed.
