Effective: March 9, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 649 - 122nd General Assembly The clerk of the senate, the chief administrative officer and the clerk of the house of representatives, and the sergeant at arms of each house shall be present and assist in the organization of the next succeeding general assembly.
