Appointment - Revocation - Oath. The attorney general shall appoint an assistant attorney general to act under the direction and supervision of the attorney general as attorney for the board of university and school lands. The appointment is revocable at the pleasure of the attorney general. Such assistant attorney general upon appointment and before assuming the person's duties shall take the oath prescribed for civil officers.
