North Dakota Code § 49-05-15

Appeals to supreme court

The commission, the public utility, the complainant, or any other interested person, after the 
entry of judgment in the district court upon an appeal from the order of the commission, may 
prosecute an appeal to the supreme court of this state. Such appeal shall be taken as 
prescribed in chapter 28-32.
