Fees of fence viewers

Each township supervisor may be paid by the employing person at the rate of no more than 
fifteen dollars per day for the time employed as a fence viewer. If such person neglects to pay 
such fees within thirty days after the service is performed, the township supervisor may recover 
the amount thereof in a civil action.
