1. A partnership that files and maintains a statement of partnership authority may change the partnership's registered office, change the partnership's registered agent, or state a change in the name of the partnership's registered agent as provided in chapter 10-01.1. 2. A registered agent of a partnership may resign as provided in chapter 10-01.1.
