License required to provide private investigative or security services -

Exclusivity.
A person may not provide private investigative or security services without a license issued 
by the board. Notwithstanding any other law or ordinance, a person may not be required to 
obtain a license to provide private investigative or security services in this state other than the 
license required by this chapter.
