prosecution - Disciplinary proceedings. 1. All proceedings relative to the issuance, revocation, or suspension of a license, or relative to reissuing a license that has been revoked must be conducted pursuant to chapter 28-32. An appeal from the final decision of the board in any matter covered by this chapter may be taken to the district court of Burleigh County or the aggrieved party's county of residence in accordance with chapter 28-32. 2. In any order or decision issued by the board in which disciplinary action is imposed against a veterinarian or veterinary technician, the board may direct the veterinarian or veterinary technician to pay the board a sum not to exceed the reasonable and actual costs, including attorney's fees, incurred by the board in the investigation and prosecution of the case.
