Members of board and employees - Compensation

Each appointed member of the board is entitled to receive compensation in an amount 
determined by the board, not to exceed one hundred dollars per day, for actual services 
rendered in the performance of the member's duties under this chapter, and each member and 
employee of the board is entitled to receive traveling expenses incurred in the performance of 
official duties. Allowances for traveling expenses must be as provided by law for state officials 

and employees. The compensation and expense must be paid out of the state plumbing board 
fund. The compensation provided for in this section may not be paid to any member of the 
board who receives salary or other compensation as a regular employee of the state or any of 
its political subdivisions or any institution or industry operated by the state.
