License - When issued - Who issues - Title used by licensed chiropractor

A license to practice chiropractic in this state must be issued by the board to an applicant 
who has submitted proof of the required qualifications and passed the required examination. A 
license to practice chiropractic may not be granted except upon the affirmative vote of at least a 
quorum of the board. A licensed chiropractor may use the title doctor of chiropractic, 
chiropractor, chiropractic physician, or D.C.
