1. The board shall keep a record of all its proceedings and a register of applications for licenses to practice chiropractic showing: a. The name and location of the institution from which each applicant received the applicant's degree of doctor of chiropractic. b. The date when the degree of doctor of chiropractic was granted. c. Whether the applicant was licensed or rejected. 2. The board shall maintain a register of certified chiropractic clinical assistants. A register is prima facie evidence of all matters recorded in the register.
