Abstract prima facie evidence of title - When recorded

If the records of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and instruments of like nature in any 
county have been lost or destroyed, the abstract prepared by a regularly bonded abstracter of 
said county must be deemed prima facie evidence of title, and such regularly certified abstract 
of title may be recorded as other instruments are recorded.
