Examination of protests by engineer and attorney - Hearing - Notice

Upon the receipt of any protests within the time fixed by the resolution and the notice, the 
governing body may cause the same to be examined by its engineer and by its attorney and 
shall set a time for the hearing of the same. Notice of the hearing shall be given to each 
protestant at that person's address, which shall be stated in the protest.
