Sale of chemically treated grain - Misdemeanor

A person may not sell grain for the purpose of human or animal consumption which has 
been chemically treated for insect or fungus control, without informing the purchaser of the 
treatment. Any person selling chemically treated grain without informing the purchaser of the 
treatment is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
