1. The commissioner may publish information regarding commercial feeds, including their production, sales, and use, and publish a comparison of the analyses of official samples of commercial feeds sold in this state with the analyses guaranteed in their registration and on their label. 2. Information regarding the production and use of commercial feeds may not disclose the operations of any person.
