The commissioner may issue a "stop-sale, use, or removal" order to the owner or custodian of any lot of fertilizer, fertilizer material, micronutrient, specialty fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment, if the commissioner finds that the product is being offered for sale in violation of this chapter or any implemented rule. The order must remain in effect until the commissioner: 1. Determines that the violation has been corrected; 2. Gives written authorization for the disposal of the product; or 3. Gives written authorization for the product to be offered for sale.
