Pesticide control board - Enforcement by agriculture commissioner

1. The pesticide control board consists of the agriculture commissioner, the director of 
the cooperative extension division of the North Dakota state university of agriculture 
and applied science, and the director of the agricultural experiment station at North 
Dakota state university of agriculture and applied science. The agriculture 
commissioner is chairman of the board. The board shall meet at the call of the 
chairman.
2. The agriculture commissioner is responsible for the enforcement of this chapter. Any 
authority of the commissioner under this chapter may be executed by such employees 
or agents designated by the commissioner.
3. The members of the board must be compensated for their expenses in performing 
their duties under this chapter at the same rate as other state officials and the board's 
expenses must be paid from funds provided to the agriculture commissioner for the 
administration of this chapter. The board may act through the office of the agriculture 
commissioner and the commissioner's staff shall provide staff services for the board as 
directed by the commissioner.
