Lighting equipment

1. A motorcycle must be equipped with lamps, reflective devices, and associated 
equipment as required by and in compliance with standards adopted by rule of the 
director.
2. A gearbox indicator light, if provided, must be located within the operator's field of 
vision.
3. A headlamp beam indicator light must be located within the operator's field of vision 
and illuminated automatically when the high beam of the headlamp is actuated.
4. A motorcycle must be equipped with at least one taillamp in accordance with section 
39-21-04.
5. A motorcycle must be equipped with a stop lamp in accordance with subsection 1 of 
section 39-21-19.
