Pedestrian obedience to traffic-control devices and traffic regulations

1. A pedestrian shall obey the instructions of any official traffic -control device specially 
applicable to the pedestrian, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
2. Pedestrians are subject to traffic-control and pedestrian-control signals as provided for 
in sections 39-10-05 and 39-10-06.
