Amount levied - When lien on personalty

The officer shall select as nearly as practicable property in quantities as will be likely to 
bring the exact amount required to be raised and may make more than one levy if the officer 
determines multiple levies necessary. A writ of execution is not a lien on personal property 
before the actual levy.
