Rights of members of bar association

The members of the state bar association of North Dakota who have secured an annual 
license to practice law in this state are entitled to all of the rights and privileges of the 
association and are entitled to vote and to participate in all of the meetings thereof. The 
members of the association who have not secured an annual license to practice law in this state 
are entitled to all of the rights and privileges of the association, except that they are not entitled 
to vote at the meetings or to serve as an officer of the association.
