The voting procedures in sections 16.1-07-18 through 16.1-07-33 apply to: 1. A general, special, or primary election for federal office. 2. A general, special, or primary election for statewide or state legislative office or state ballot measure. 3. A general, special, or primary election for political subdivision office or political subdivision ballot measure.
