1. The superintendent of public instruction shall issue a public charter school performance report for each five-year term of a charter performance agreement no later than seventy-five days before a public charter school's fourth year of operation begins. 2. The report must include renewal application guidance, as needed, and notice of any concerns that may jeopardize the public charter school's position in seeking renewal if not timely rectified. 3. A public charter school must be given at least thirty days to respond to the performance report and submit any corrections or clarifications for the report.
