If the board of a school district approves tuition payments for students in grades seven through twelve or if the board is required to make tuition or tutoring payments under this chapter, the board may levy an amount sufficient to meet such payments, pursuant to section 57-15-14.2. 15.1-29-16. Military-connected student - Average daily membership. A military-connected student engaging in virtual instruction under section 15.1 -07-37 qualifies for average daily membership in the school district.
