1. Beginning July 1, 2014, each school district shall ensure that its curriculum for driver education includes information regarding the manner in which a student obtaining a driver's license may make an anatomical gift, as provided for in section 23-06.6-04. 2. The school district shall provide notification of the curricular requirement set forth in subsection 1 to the parent of each student enrolled in driver education. The notification may be provided electronically or in written form.
