Upon the conclusion of each school year, the board of a school district shall: 1. Prepare a report regarding the condition of all schools in the district, including their financial condition and the educational progress of students enrolled in each school; 2. Forward a copy of the report to the county superintendent of schools; and 3. Publish in the official newspaper of the school district that portion of the report which deals with the financial condition of each school.
