Full faith and credit for paternity determinations

In any proceeding in which paternity or nonpaternity of a child is alleged, full faith and credit 
must be given to a determination of paternity by another state, made before a determination of 
paternity under the laws of this state, whether established through voluntary acknowledgment or 
through administrative or judicial process.
