1. Following review, the child support agency shall promptly provide notice of its review determination. 2. If the child support agency has made a determination not to seek an amendment to the amount of child support, the notice must inform the obligor and the obligee of the right of each to challenge that determination by seeking an amendment to the amount of child support, from the court, at any time before the termination of the support order. 3. If the child support agency has made a determination to seek an amendment to the amount of child support, the notice must inform the obligor and the obligee of the opportunity of each to consent to the proposed amendment and the right of each to challenge that determination by opposing that amendment before the court.
